The point of this is this guy has 6 Copies of Black Ops because he has 6 ps3s or more i dont know what the deal is. But yea Treyarch reset him for cheating/hacking. He now got a lawyer and is filing a sue on Treyarch and hopefully gets around 1000$

So is treyarch really ****ing up and losing customers what do you think?

And this is an outrage. Never before i heard of suing game developers.

Update on the Case.

So he got word from his lawyer and this is what Treyarch did.

Treyarch was presented with the case but guess what now the case is pointless since 3arc hurried to pass the patch real fast. So all the issues presented in the case were all covered in the last patch. Now to the ban part the MAC adress ban is lifted! But the psn is still banned so bye bye 7th prestige. I still think this is Bullshit!

Its part of Treyarchs rules, and thats what he gets for breaking them.

Even though I love hacking and such, I know he is going to lose the case :P

Its not in their intersets i can have a million ps3s and a million copies thats not there purpose. Its the same thing as people being AFK online and u get easy kills. So 3arc is dumb!!! And yea finally someone to shut them up

He wont lose they have no proof of cheating.

I understand that you haven't hacked/glitched. However, if they have substantial evidence about you not following the games rules, then there is no hope for you my friend.

Edit: People are assuming that they have no evidence, but there is no total way to be sure.

Yea well ill keep u updated on what really happens. The Sue is out there for 1000 US $ thats the equivalent or maybe more. So hope he wins

Good thing this has been brought up. I lost all my cod points because of some stupid glitch. Honestly there should have been a beta. But treyarch just wants to put it out, they don't care how the game runs. Just that there making money. BO could have been a great came, pubs and competitively.

I'm not whining about the game either. It has some faults. As do most games...But for how much money the makers made there shouldn't have been anywhere close to this many.

Agreed.

BUT, Maybe he has 6 PS3's for each room? Lol.
Doubt it. But hey, maybe he's rich.

As far as we know from reading this, we don't know if he really did break any rules.
If you'd ask me right now, I'd say no, He hasn't.

But there's 2 sides to a story, and this is his.

EDIT: He better get a damn good lawyer.
