This thread is how to unlock the Maverick Assault rifle, and the Maverick A2 Sniper rifle.

This method also unlocks other guns for free so no squad points are needed.

After a few games on Call Of Duty Ghosts, you should notice at the bottom of the screen a flashing sign will appear saying 'Generate New Loadout'

Press the options button and a screen will appear.

The options:

Tracked Operations
Build a loadout that will work towards your tracked operations

Progressed Operations
Focus a loadout on operations that are close to completion

Most Operations
Create a loadout that will work on most operations

Random
Randomise your loadout. Are you crazy enough?

Select Random

Keep trying until you receive the Maverick, or Maverick A2. Go into any game, play for a while then leave. Go back into loadout, press options and keep selecting random until you get the other maverick.

Once that is done go to another class, an Bada bing Bada boom you now have the maverick for free!

Also, keep hitting random to unlock other guns for free!

Now finding away to unlock the ripper.

Dont work, i try 30min on Ps4...
