It in no way unbalances the gameplay experience and it'd be an extremely cool thing to have on the side. Rainbow Six Vegas had total customization but some people might argue it will be ridiculous to have people running around in neon green. That is why Im suggesting that they restrict it to tactical gear only. Also deciding the color of your gun would be a nice touch.

i'd love it just as long as you can still tell who your team mates are and who your enemies are

I want it so I can have a ghille suit every map

But you can customize it to any color and you can customize for each map so you have the advantage

if u get to create ur own character than i would make my classes with only ghilly suits

It's fps, so pretty pointless. I don't think customization is a high priority either.
