Yes there are hacks for it. However the purpose of bypassing updates and patches is because updates and patches also get rid of glitches that people like to exploit for one reason or another.

People bypass for the XP glitch, which is in the premium.

i do not think you can bypass a patch and play online against others, as they are running a different version so your systems cannot connect. i tried bypassin MW when there were hacks and i couldnt do it, yet i could play in private match.
