The reason your not seeing "Inspect Element"
Is because you do not have
(1) Firebug installed
The easiest way to do this is to Install Firefox browswer then search "firebug" and download the same version 8.1 as your browser 8.1

OK, i dont know whats goin on now, i installed it , and now i cant get on it. i can look at my account info ( email, password, zip code etc.) but i cant click "Compete" or "Connect" it doesnt load at all, but it will on Interent Explorer.

The ELITE site is having issues,I Cannot log on either it just loads the says (Sorry, an unexpected error occurred.
If your problem persists, please contact Activision Support.) :\
OHH and also try Google Chrome Browser Firebug works with that browser aswell
