Are you just retarded he stated use overkill to put a riot shield as your second primary he said nothing about have it as your primary as well and if you watch the video he has a primary weapon and riot shield on his back

Secondary - Coming after, less important than, or resulting from someone or something else that is primary.
Regardless, it should have been obvious what he meant.
