The new map packs were only released for Xbox Call of Duty: ELITE premium members. Activision cannot give you these map packs if you are a PlayStation 3 premium or a normal member. The reason this happened was because Xbox has signed a time exlusive DLC deal. Unfortunately there isn't an Estimated Time of Arrival [ETA] on when these will be released for everyone else. Playstation premium members will still receive their content before non premium members (over Xbox and PlayStation).

Those $50 that were spent on elite is in no way going towards sony, so there shouldnt be any delay at all...This is why I didnt buy elite in the first place....I think its bullshit that they still release the maps a month later, if it were released on both consoles at the same time...then I would say it was money well spent but its really not.

I really dont get why people are complaining 3 games late about Xbox getting the maps early......? I mean really, people, these are two maps here, both of which I have personally played, and are really nothing to complain about not getting.... This is just my opinion here really....
