It was sent friends or family and shouldnt have been. The way to resolve that is to go onto paypal and file a dispute. once that is done you call them. explain what happened and it is illegal and credit fraud, they follow it threw the account and allow for paypal attorneys to handle the matter in real court. I will keep people updated with what happens. I know never trust anyone its true. first dex modder, then this guy, but this guy is a stupid fool for doing it the way he did it. Police already have been notified as well!

if you sent the money as friends and family you cant dispute it only if you sent the money as goods and services

Bypass is free, why would you even pay for it.... I'm really sorry for you, I do sell modding services myself and Paypal takes a part my client's money when they don't select the Friends & Family option. So if one of my clients won't use that option, I'll send him back the money cuz I want to get the total price. If the lobby pack costs 8$, I want to get 8$, that's business.
But yea there are scammers everywhere, just be careful

the best way and will always be is to learn how to create your own mod, is hard and you will not learn in one day or two but at the end you will have no troubles paying or waiting for public releases.
