13'' in my opinion is a better call

15" is the best value! perfectly sized screen.

Okay basically,
13" Perfectly fine I have one myself, they run GREAT
15" ZOMYGOD your getting 2 more inches its nothing noticeable and I'm pretty sure thats the only upgrade your getting.
MacMini They are decent don't expect anything AMAZING but it would be basic not slow but not super fast (I would recomend those to hook up to a tv screen to watch movies and such)
