Something in the file itself appears to be missing.... Re-download it... Or run as admin... But from what I read it appears something in the file has been deleted...

hmm i dont delete anything and other people on other comps have just a time running it and it is a .bat file when u run it just doesnt work and its suppost to... :/

Thats odd..... I can't think of what could be wrong... Maybe just retry downloading and everything...
