First thing you want to do is purchase a domain name. godaddy.com sells domain names, they appear to be one of the best advertised sites and the only one that comes to mind right now.

Second thing you'll need is file hosting. There are websites that offer hosting for like $10 a year. None come to mind at this point. (It's 2:45 AM here)

After that everything gets simpler :y:

Save your money, download VB and spend money on advertising etc..


And just use google to find cheap domains and cheap/free web hosting..
