I have pretty updated computers at my school, as in most of our computers at school are either vista or windows 7, only a few xp. soo use this at your own risk o.o

It's just somethin fun, especially the net sending stuff. You use user to admin settings at your own risk, i am not responsible for your suspension or anything else that might happen to you...

If you have any suggestions for me to add to this, just ask. I will be adding small updates here and there, I hope it becomes a HUGE batch file

I think it depends what school security they have. It works at my school.

Yeah, unfortunately most schools have much better security than what a batch file can do to it. At my school, accounts are kept on a network level, so you can't create an admin account at all. Plus, you're not allowed to run batch (and executables at some schools in the district). What you should consider doing is simply releasing the batch file, or simply pasting its contents into a CODE block in your original post.

Anyways, if you really want to hack a school, your best bet is a real worm or virus, one that isn't coded in batch. At least at my school, all you'd need to do is implement a flash drive spread, and it'll go like crazy.
