Whats the issue

I can connect to my router but it says "limited access" and when I run a diagnose test it says apmething is wrong with my wireless adapter

Have you tried updating the drivers or Windows ?

How can I update windows

Go to your machine manufactures website and download the according drivers. If you have a custom build, just search your NIC name on google and you should get some drivers.
But... before you do that, you could always just uninstall the adapters from device manager and then re-install them.
