Did you re-downloaded that tools already?

Do they open then get an error? Or just not open? It could be your version of netframework

As Danny Said, it could be your netframe, you need "Netframe work 4.5"

Don't worry man, reported i am sure it will be moved to the correct section in no time. There is a very good staff team on NGU.

It loads but then about 5 seconds later it comes up saying suspended and then disappears, I'm talking from task manager.... I will check net frame now
