I belive the odds of getting 2 TOTY players in one pack is 10^-12, the odds are made by how many packs are bought, if they had based it on the amount of people playing and most of those players bought atleast 3 packs, some many more, the market would be filled with TOTY players. Dont go spending all your wages on a stupid game haha i put about £20 in every 2 months and buy about 3 packs a week if youre lucky and tbh ive notbought any packs with msp points in about 5 months best card ive ever had is IF Samuel so just be patient your time will come

i get alot of good players just not inform ive had rooney twice messi 4 times ibra once robben once ronaldo once i have spent alot of msps tho but you do get these players in jumbo packs

its just random luck.. there isn't much of a hard number how many IF there are in a how many packs
