I could be wrong in saying this but i think a slim ps3 thats capable of being jailbroken ( even one that is jailbroken ) goes for about $140 at the minute but i could be wrong. Also am not sure if you're aware of this but you can't sell your ps3 like what you have stated above it has to be downgraded to 3.55 ofw if you're going to be selling it on somewhere like ebay ( if thats what your plan is ) just a heads up

The jailbreak process is worth $60-$100 (at least the price of the flasher) imo.
