I haven't been on it bro. I delete your account off my PS3 once the service is done. You are entitled to one free reset but after that I can't help you. Also if you have used the cod elite app it will reset your stats. You need to unlink your profile from it, get your account modded and then re-link it.
I won't be online until Monday/Tuesday as I'm going to creamfields (Google it
