so where im at is downloading and replacing eboots i currently have the cex eboot since my console is cex anyways after reading and trying programs like fast hacker ,ect i cannot connect, i tried to download prodg but under the target manager it cannot find my ip for ps3 i assume this is my problem, i thought it would have been as easy as renaming some eboot files but looks like i was wrong lol thanks for the help

You need Dex console or rebug rex

Convert your console to DEX. Then download and install ProDG. Make sure your PS3 is on wired connection, then open Target Manager and search for a debugging station. All tools and what not should work.

It depends what CFW you're on. If you're on Rebug then follow DEREKTROTTER's thread on how to convert.
