You could try changing the region id of the GAMES folder by changing the param.sfo, disc sfb, and lic.dat, if need be. Is there a particular reason that you backed up your game instead of playing from the disc?

From what I can tell, he backed up his disc, which is BLES1948 region, and the backed up game goes into the GAMES directory of the PS3, but its region had been changed to BLES1945 somehow. I'm not sure how that's possible, but here we are.

IT should be working find i have BLUS myself and i installed a few DLC pkg and i ended up with both BLUS and BLES files and my game works fine. If you continue having troubles i recommend finding the torrent of the game and FTP nto your hdd, I notice alot if people having issues when coping the game from disk to hdd
