Yes u need to glitch it into garage like in this video that's how I did it

Another good way to make money is to get someone to fully upgrade a street car for you to sell, the futo sells for 120k fully upgraded. Or you could take the Simeon car (green car on map) and get someone to upgrade that, when you take it to Simeon it sells for the same as it would in Los Santos Customs but without the wait. I also think it works with cars in your phone you would just have to respray those after the other person is done in Los Santos Customs.
