Yup, that's how much the original cracker was charging for the menu. Guessing someone bought it cracked it themselves then leaked it :P

I agree, unlucky for him though his channel got 50k subs in 1 month and now he has a Lawsuit on his ass from allegedly being sued by either Rockstar or his Network Sponser...

Yeah like I said above, you need the menu source to open/edit it.

You'd have to deobfuscate it. Which pretty much anything can be. Then decompile. Probably even to open source. It just takes time. It's a small file so wouldn't be too hard. Update offsets and so forth on every update to keep the menu working. It's a lot of trouble to do so.
