They wiped my entire PS4 with accounts that had a gta character too. All 16 accounts i had on that system were wiped just like they have said 'all GTA online charaters, progress and inventory on Playstation 4 will be reset'. So they do keep our PS4 cids on their servers . Lucky i played legit on my another ps4 system.

I have 6 older modded GTA accounts on my PS4 and ONLY the newly transferred account was suspended and wiped. I doubt they are keeping the CIDs and are monitoring the new accounts being transferred over.
