You're not the only one. When i transferred my character over last week, some how i had the halloween items too. What I've noticed when i use the LTS tool to be precise to unlock all DLC clothing, i somehow get all the items that are going to be in the next update which is just crazy! Every account ive ever done has never needed to go get special crates which will have tshirts, hats and so on in them because the account has already unlocked them.
Something ive never understood tbh

I wonder if there will be a way too unlock these for PS4 during a recovery. But its not possible

its still unlocking everything on the PS4 for me so i dont have to go on everyday to get the special items, oh yeaahh
