No, there is not.

Actually, yes. There is a way you can transfer the character a second time. However it involves contacting Rockstar support and requesting it. Telling them that you transferred the wrong character and in most cases they will help you out by giving you another transfer.

The problem with this is, you can't do this if it's a modded account you want to re-transfer for obvious reasons.

besides trying to cheat the system. no there is no possible way to transfer twice. once transferred thats it.
