My packet loss was 88%
I tested 5 diffrent servers and it varied from 80-89%

Can someone give me some info on what could be the cause of this And how I could go about fixing it

I have a router and at the time of the test there were 2 connections
my pc and a laptop (wireless)

Most likely ISP
