This is my favourite source for downloading emulated games. It has ROM packs for the Game Boy Advance and even the Nintendo 64! Plus it includes the additional tweaks and mods.

Just in case you were wondering, the app Installous from
cydia.hackulo.us has been shut down. It can no longer be downloaded as a source.
