Just saying people this works:p if you updated to 6.1.3 and lost all your cydia stuff then you can jb again with RedSnow it only works with Iphone4..and some other ipods idk but yea semi tethered just mean that if you reboot your device cydia wont open and all the tweaks you installed wont work so you'd have to open redsnow on your computer and boot it and it will work again i have that on my iphone4 :p need help msg me :y:
