Many have been looking for a update on Pandora Downloader for ios9 since the developer has abandoned the project. No worries as I have found a Source with a updated Pandora Downloader working on Ios 9 on Pandora 6.5 working perfectly fine ! You must be on a jailbroken device for this tweak. The source is called Harrisonapps.com/repo & the tweak (3.5.5) should pop up after the source download.
