when you are on IOS 6.0 - 6.1.2 you can use the Evasion tool Smile
when you are on IOS 6.1.3 you can't jailbreak ._.
and when you are under IOS 6 google it Smile

Oh, you can Jailbreak on 6.1.3 but just not on a Iphone 4s has to be 4 or lower

yes i know i have an iphone 4 which is jailbreaked on 6.1.3, but only tethered..

As of right now there is no semi-untethered or untethered jailbreak for the Iphone 4s. Rumor has it that there will be no other IOS 6 jailbreaks.
