No, If u have already downloaded it before it was taken down you will still see and are able to re-download the app or you can use a iFunBox to install the app.

Overall the people who bought an iPhone for a game which can easily be downloaded through various methods are stupid.

After Flappy Bird was removed from the App Store there were phones on various sites such as ebay going for as much as £10000 (if memory serves correctly)

For the OP you can Jailbreak almost any version of iOS now I believe, so install it via one of the third party installers (AppAddict, etc)

After the game was removed from the App Store, eBay had iPhones with flappy bird going for $5k - $20k.

I saw a bid for a phone of $11k. Tried to get in on the fun but nobody wanted to buy lol.

Just bullshit, Why would you sell an iphone for more just because of one app
