I feel like an idiot by asking this question... Do you need to use the MW2 save editor for the cfg parts or do I just put it into the root of my USB?

Yo am so stupid i got my cex today how to install it? Put in usrdir? and more not?? btw i need the normaly eboot for mw2 because if i try to click on multiplayer or go online it loggs me off psn

So I installed this patch, and it sort of works, I just cant see the entire menu.. like almost half of it goes too far up on the screen.. anyone know how to fix this?
