Go to this address: 0x01c19810
Change your secondary weapon to a desert eagle with no attachment.
you should now see
04 00 00
change it to
04 00 12
04 is the hex value for the desert eagle and 12 is the value for the silencer
Have fun with the silenced desert eagle

You can also do trial and error by changing attachments, proficiency,etc with auto update ON to see what changes to what value then mix and match things that shouldn't go together like an MP7 with damage, however as you all know they patched this a long time ago so very few combinations actually still work.

I found this a little bit ago and it wouldn't work for me, none of the class mods would work.
