When I try editing it, my options work, but the menu stays stuck on the option - wont move at all. Works fine with your options, but with mine, I select an option and it does it and menu stays there and I can't move the cursor up/down or go back or select again. I can move around, but just have a menu in the way 
Any Ideas?

Have you put the eboot in hdd0/game/blusxxxx/usdir and the sprx file (found in ps3_debug folder of the download) in the hdd0/tmp directories?
Both need to be transferred across to work. Plus wait about a min when you start the game as it bypasses the intro and main menu and goes straight into multiplayer
