You can turn it into a public match with Project Memories v3 in the Host Menu.

Don't buy project memory's :/ there tools out their that allow you to switch to online from private. Once the clients at the desired lever he/she wishes to be just leave the game "it will migrate" then your friend leaves the game so it ends. Not only will the xp stick but your friend in some cases will be infected with the xp so in fact your friend can go host xp lobbies for there friends do this. Play in dom and before you leave have it so you get xp on a flag cap get your friend to cap a flag and then you leave.

Im using the ultimate mw3 tool from the modded section, i turn on ranked match in a private match and fast restart to make it public when i leave it migrates like a normal game but the xp dont seem to stick for anyone, suggestions?
