LUA/LUAC This File is very Strange

I have this Lua Script file but i have no idea what it is and how to decompile it, i have tried LuaDEC and unlua, but nothing. So i tried to look into it wit hxd and it has no file magic (File Signature Header)
So can Anyone help me out here

LUA scripts are usually used on android files/programs
