I have downloaded lots of things that are supposed to help but still it comes up "GTA IV FATAL ERROR: TEXP70," and it says that I need to re-install DirectX which have already done :mad:. PLEASE HELP

Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers as well?

I've downloaded the latest update of Direct X and still nothing. I'll uninstall it tomorrow probably

That's not what I asked. I asked if you've updated your graphics card driver.

You sure your laptop can even play the game. My laptop can't play any games because the graphics card sucks.

Are you sure you've updated your graphics driver ( not the direct X ), also have you tried to delete your gta4 files and re-install it again?
