(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This is the best $700 gaming pc you can buy. it will max out all and pretty much just smash others in gaming. i know someone will say get a overclockable cpu but then you will need to get a more expensive motherboard to do that and that means drop down to a weaker gfx card and lose 10-20 fps over a gtx 660 and 7870. if you can build one better post it below. I wanna thank Millz59 for finding me the awesome deal on the z5 case without him this pc wouldn't exist.

a i7 makes no difference than a i5 in gaming

There are a couple things you could get for cheaper but overall it would only be worth about $10-40 off.
That being said- for an extra $50 you could get a nice 7970

we called it operation $700 7950 and for a extra $50 get a ssd bootdrive a 7950 and a 7970 is no diffrence on a regular 60hz monitor

Might just try this. Always wanted to get into PC Gaming.

It does make the difference when you're playing the more hardware intensive games and are pushing 30-45fps max.
But I can't say no to an SSD

can you name 3 other without a google search other than Crysis 1 and Metro 2033 and Trine 2? don't count crysis 3 wasn't released yet

Well there is probably better options to choose from but I'd have to say Crysis 2, Skyrim with texture mods and Minecraft

But on a serious note- I wasn't saying that having a 7970 would be better value for money for a budget build, I was just pointing out that its a small step up in price for anybody that might want to have a multimonitor setup and high resolutions- Something that would take more power to run.
