I have a budget of £1400

I dont know much, so I would like some help.

I have looked on CougarExtreme as my friend says it is a good place to go and uk.PCpartpicker, but dont understand which to go for and as I dont want to just pick the high range parts for no reason.

Should I try to Build, Look for a Pre-Built System or Laptop

Problem with the thread is that a computer for web design and development can basically be any computer... I was able to build websites off a 2005 Dell Inspiron... those things suck, so basically you don't need to pay $9999999999999 for a mac, and could get a nice $300 laptop instead lol
