Saves where it is literally right before the trophy pop and upload it for others to use.

I am getting pissed off about Jak 2 and would like to just get the trophies and get on with my life.

As far as i know, it's only possible for cross-buy games, i.e. games where you can share the save between ps3 ans psvita.

You can not hack PS Vita game saves. You can't even extract them to desktop because if I remember correctly, the data is stored in the game card.

PSVita games don't utilize a option to import or delete save game data. its just play it all by yourself kinda thing. only with the ones with PS3 compatibility that you can hack on

I have faith one day someone will figure it out and a adapter for the memory card.
