Another call of Duty game in 2011?
yes, but this time Infinity ward will not be developing the game.
After the dismissal of Infinity Ward's leads Jason West and Vince Zampella, Activision decided they won't be developing another Call of Duty title anymore. But they will still be working on DLC for MW2.

Who's going to develop it then?
Well the game will be developed by Sledgehammer Games, a newly formed team lead by the dead space veterans Michael Condrey and Glen Schofield.

According to a release yesterday by Activison, some people mis understood their announcement. There is a possibility of three Call of Duties coming in 2011. One will be an Action Adventure game, developed by Sledge hammer. Another will be an online only MMOG subscription based game developed by an un named developer. And the last one, I SUSPECT will continue in the regular Call of Duty footsteps, also by an unknown developer.

i think the fans hyped it up epicly and IW went along with it because everyone was so pumped about the game.
and thanks NP for that info kinda sucks that there is going to be 3 CoD's instead of 1 and they're all unheard of developers besides sledgehammer which what game did they ever create? (Serious question)
