Craft Dragon Preist Masks Clothing,Heavy Armour,Light Armour.
Wall of fire,storm,frost replaced as a shout that is unlimited.
All Ring Of Powers-Can be made at a blacksmith jewelry section.
You can wear as many rings as you want.
Tells you if a book is a skillbook

Can you max the perks? Also get %100 on guilds and main story.

I tested it on the kmeaw fix of skyrim and it works, the only thing is that the perks are still 5 instead of 7. I only managed to make 4 rings since i started a new character and the only way to get some black soul gem is from the sorcery college, though its emty and u have to fill the gem urself. Another thing is, don't jump while u r in a horse, though u don't receive damage from the fall the horse does which is kinda anoying. Other than that is a great mod for the PS3
