So, my driver's stats are like the ons pictured on page 1, yet my bspec level is still 23. What am i doing wrong?

level 40 is 28 02 .

Each individual driver has a level of 40, but overall it's still showing 23 (the bar)

Are you making sure the XP is also set? Just level change doesn't help too much.

It's close to the location of ur aspect level. Search for your current aspec level, then search for your current bspec. The hex should highlight not far from your aspec. I think the exact area is just after all your bspec drivers. I look through my code when i get home to give an exact line.
