+Can still change color by hack
+Can still remove wings by hack (Lucas Tool and HEX)
+BHP multiply (This was confirmed by a fellow user on here,EliteFleet03)
+Money is still hackable (Mine is at 999,999,999)

Ok, so I tried to remove wing on 2 cars using both hex and the tools, no luck.

BHP multiplier doesn't work, this has already been confirmed.

Some kind of proof that you got yours to work would be nice.

This is just a guess but I think it's like this.

00 39 00 01 have to use 00 39 00 xx
00 39 00 01 can't use 00 34 00 xx

I haven't even tried this but it could be like this.

The tool uses the 39 method, and it didn't work.

34 always worked without a doubt before 2.12
