This save has literally more encryption than a Black Ops Fast File
This tool will help you mod your Red Dead Redemption saves for Multiplayer, Single Player, And Zombies.
This save editor works for both PS3 and xbox.
For xbox it requires you to extract it from the CON file.
Then you can use my save editor to mod it.
The tool will help you mod different structs from your save..
This tool is not recommended for noobs, since it involves hex editing.

As you can see above this... the picture includes all the structs contained in the save file.
To mod the different structs you need to Extract them by right clicking the item you want to mod.
In this case I want to mod the experience or level of my player

Ok Choose the destination you want to save the file.
After you extracted it, go to the file and open it in a hex editor.
Go to the offset 0x7A1 and the value is going to be a float.

The number on the left is the level you want to be in. The number on the right is the float you need to convert into a hex value.
You can find a online converter on google by searching float to hex should be the first on that pops up.
In this case I want to be in level 50.
So I go to You must login or register to view this content.
and then paste it

Save the file.
Now go back to my tool then make sure you replace the one you extracted or else it's going to corrupt the save.
You replace by right clicking and press Replace.
And then you Save All.
Then it should work.

This requires Framework 4.5, so please download it because then the application will not open.

OK, can we just go back to the most basic question first?
CON file on 360? What the Hell is a CON file? I've modified plenty of save files on the 360 in the past. Extracting, rehashing, injecting, etc. has never been an issue. Extracting the SAV files or the save folder itself is simple but I don't see any CON files anywhere that I'm looking. Is the CON file something over and above all of this that must be extracted from somewhere else altogether?
I can run the program just fine but I think a lot of us trying to use this are having more problems with finding the damned CON file vs. figuring out the HEX/float conversions.
If I have to do something special to get the CON file then the instructions are as helpful at the moment to me as saying 1) Create idea. 2) Access CON file. 3) Profit!!!

Is it pretty damn easy to follow your guide to make my character level 50? And if I make my character level 50 with your program, will that unlock all the titles, weapons, characters, etc tied to gaining levels?

This is not exactly designed for multiplayer. Any saves with multiplayer I've tried to rehash are
A: Corrupted
or
B: Reset
Multiplayer requires alot more work than just changing the ID, I recommend using Bruteforce for any multiplayer saves.
The most in-depth tutorial video for Bruteforce editing RDR has been removed due to the account being terminated.
I'm sure RedEye wouldn't appreciate me posting a tutorial for another save editor anyhow, but there should be more around.
