This isn't the install it's the entire game, the ps4 now copies the entire game on to the HDD that why it stays in you home screen even without the disk in the machine.

To all those saying gta us going to be massive because of the 8gb install on ps3, we won't have that in the ps4 so don't be going off that, The Last of Us was 30+gb on ps3 gta is only 18gb so I highly doubt it gonna be bigger than The Last of Us HD
