Well I can tell you this, the features/updates are depending on the donating amount 
But I have to say, that team lives is buggy, I'm trying to fix it, but if not, the "donator" has to live with a workaround and little bit tricky moves, for sure it will be just 2 buttons with 2 numerics (Team 1/ Team 2) and I will tell you a tutorial. I don't know why, but sometimes it seems to reset, whyever.
My friend hellrider has donated 10€.
And for sure I can't gurantee updates for 1.10 for example. Maybe it will be fixed? I don't believe that, but could happen.

Well premium price depends on the features/updates, just tell me an offer via PM.
There will be a few updates soon (for premium options). For example an timer, so you don't need to stand up for setting money every new game or supplies.. Just set up for example 5 minutes and start it
