You need to add the CCAPI.dll into the folder with the tool. I believe i left that out. Also it uses CCAPI version 2.50 which might be the reason. I am currently on my phone and trying to fix my laptops wifi adapter so once i get that figured out i will re-upload the tool if it is still giving you issue's.

I have ccapi 2.60 rev4 i add .dll into the folder and still not works
To me�� when I try to connect the rtm tool to my PS3 it said I could not connect properly try again.

ok I install CCAPI 2.50 and does not work if you find a way or manage to fix the tool to operate in CExx Thanks I really would appreciate it.

P.d. i try with another tool and if it works I mean that the problem is not that I grabbing this wrong or that the file is damaged because they turned downloading and adopt just did not work. :,(

Yes please i have the same question i use ccapi 2.60v4 cfw cexx 4.55 rogerov1 and its dont work to me.

I don't think it works for ccapi 2.60 and up. I already tried and with dex & cex - nothing. No word if it'll be fixed or not.
