basically need help with the transmission part!
i am looking to reach higher top speed i keep topping out avg. 200 mph bouncing out 10k rpm with plenty of room to go.

any advice or pointers would be great! thanks in advance

Just drop the final drive to 2.500.

Reset your gearbox. First Add some on Final Gear near + 0,300. Next change your vmax to lower (try -30kmh orz -40kmh. kmh or mph it is no different). Finally Change your final gear max to the left. In this case change for 2,500. Next you can change your every gear to get extra start. 1st and 2nd gear must be so close. 3th can be so longer... Transmission is easy
