Care Package Glitch After Patch 1.08
Alright, the care package glitch is back! Infinity Ward failed at patching it, within 4 hours a new glitch has been discovered.
Text Tutorial
1. Get a care package.
2. Cook it.
3. Climb a ledge.
4. At the top of the ledge, click L2 and hold a stun/flash/smoke grenade.
5. Before you throw it, hit right on the dpad.
6. Let go of L2, you'll throw your stun grenade.
7. Then throw your care package, you should be cooking it without hitting another button after you throw your stun grenade.
8. Pick up the care package, call it in and you'll have another one in your slot loadout.

If you are out of special grenades you can use a semtex, throwing knife, or claymore and swap back out to your care package and you'll still have your semtex and can do for ever!!
