Go back to multiman and make sure to enable the BD mirror and internal or external ( depending were the game is located)
and re-apply permissions

Also, make sure to have a PS3 game in the blu-ray drive.
With some games, even though you put the game settings and re-apply permissions it wont work if you don't have a game in the drive.
So try that!!!!
